In the past decades, development of English Language Teaching (ELT) has moved rapidly toward a more collaborative, adaptable, and technology-driven structure defined by dynamic characteristics of 21^st century learning. This year’s conference theme, “Going beyond boundaries: Connecting ELT to today’s world”, seeks to explore this strengthening interplay between ELT and the business of 21^st century world. In this conference we hope to bring together scholars in ELT to share insights from their research and teaching practices that are relevant to our theme and subthemes.
